INTRODUCTION

I'm Judit Kreácsik, a Hungarian exchange student from Denmark, currently studying entrepreneurship.

WHAT ATTRACTED you TOWARDS ENTREPRENEURSHIP?

The idea to contribute to a better world because of the experiences I had in my life. I just want to do something bigger than myself, that isn't just revolved around me. I see money as a tool and if it comes, is like the cherry on top of the cake.

WHO HAS BEEN YOUR INSPIRATION IN ENTREPRENEURSHIP?

I am really inspired by an entrepreneur, called, Vishen Lakhiani who is the founder of Mind Valley, a global school of 3+ million people, that delivers transformational education for all ages. He started out by just selling meditation CDs. His first biggest achievement was to be able to buy his morning coffee from the money he earned at the beginning. I love that even though his company has grown into a million dollars business, he is still just as humble. He keeps his vision above everything else, which is Unity. He helps millions to connect and grow.

WHAT HAVE BEEN YOUR BIGGEST LEARNING POINTS THAT YOU'D GIVE TO OTHER ASPIRING ENTREPRENEURS?

My biggest learning points come straight from a course called idea creation where i first drew up my vision. It included ‘pitch practice’ by going to an idea competition where I had to pitch 2x to 2 different judges. My advice to aspiring entrepreneurs would be to not to be obsessed about the pitch to be perfect. I wrote my pitch, i tried to memorize it. When I gave it at the first time, it didn't come through as I wished. The second time i decided i know my idea, I have a frame for my pitch, so i decided to trust that and just spoke from my heart. It worked. Don't be scared of being nervous and vulnerable, people will actually remember the ones who they can sense and are real.

WHY DID YOU COME TO RESA?

I was browsing the university on ‘Clubs Day’ when I came across the ‘RESA’ booth. I really liked the people, I got the sense they were really open and friendly and that we have similar aspirations in life, so I decided to join RESA and since then I’ve met some very interesting and supportive people. I couldn't be happier about my decision.
